SEGA customer service don't even want to know about it tbh, and I suggested I can send them proof that I own the game but doesn't change their standing point I guess due to potential free keys being given out. That won't work smoking man as once you install it you need the CD key. Otherwise you have to put in a fake one which is then locked in the registry and doesn't help you find the original key anyway.
